One of her best-known appearances is in the Mzansi Magic soap opera The Queen. She gained prominence for her exceptional portrayal of lawyer Sandra Stein in the soapie.

Background

The renowned actress was born on 1 February 1984. She discovered her acting talent as a young child and put it to use. 

When she was 16, she landed the role of Siri in I dreamed of Africa, which is credited as her film debut.

Shannon was based in the United States for almost six years (2009-2015). She came back to her fatherland and landed the role of Angelique in Isidingo.
