Edward Zuma (born in 1977) is the son of former South Africa’s President Jacob Zuma. He has appeared in the limelight for the wrong reasons.

He is the oldest son of his father and elder brother to Jacob Zuma’s children, his siblings. It is worth the mention that his father’s family is a huge one.

Background

Edward was born into the family of Jacob Zuma and Minah Shongwe in 1977. Though his background and early life are not known to the public.

He is alleged to default on loans that worth millions, deal with contraband cigarettes.

Among his defaults is not paying his wedding planner and using remarks considered to be xenophobic.

Education

Edward enrolled for a degree in Law at the University of Zululand. He made headlines in 2000, during the academic pursuit when he allegedly forced himself on a student.

He was charged for rape and the case was wrapped up in compensation.

His father, Jacob Zuma, has about twenty-three children from different wives.

Muziwenkosi is married to Phumelele Shange. They had their wedding ceremony at the stunning Tala Game Reserve in Kwa-Zulu Natal.

The couple hosted a “breathtaking reception” which was graced by notable personalities. Jacob Zuma, Gugulethu Zuma-Ncube, Mrs. Winnie Madikizela-Mandela, and Fikile Mabalula were present.

Minister Bheki Cele, DJ Siyanda Tshabala, Yvonne Chaka Chaka, Kenny Kunene, among others also witness them exchange their marital vows.
